Meet our Executive Chef, Ambrose Pinder

Born in the Bahamas, Chef Ambrose's passion for culinary began in his grandmother's kitchen, surrounded by family and friends. His philosophy was born from this; food and service as a means of bringing people together - through fresh, locally sourced ingredients - expanding peoples' horizons through the creation of elevated dishes.
With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Ambrose wants each guest to have an experience that goes beyond the menu; one that tells a story from start to finish and leaves you wanting more. You're invited to unwind and connect with old friends and new, while exploring dishes that combine the vibrant colours and rich flavours of the Caribbean with the classic Canadian dishes we all know and love.
